We are not going to pretend they have no advantages. If any of these matter more to you than price and local support, go with them and we will tell you so on the phone.

Our honest read
Ooma Essentials is genuinely cheaper than us at $19.95, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. But Essentials has no call recording and no call queues. Recording starts at Pro for $24.95 and queues do not appear until Pro Plus at $29.95, which is more than we charge with both included. So the honest answer is: if you want a cheap line and will set it up yourself, Ooma wins. If you want the features most offices end up asking for, we are the cheaper one.
