We build call queues with the rules you want, longest-idle, round robin, ring-all, and a live wallboard that shows who's on a call, who's free, how many callers are waiting, and how long. Managers get reports: calls by hour, missed calls, average wait, per-agent counts.

The AI receptionist slots in as your overflow valve. When the queue backs up or the day ends, it catches the call, handles it, and texts the lead to the right person, so the missed-call column reads zero. All of this is configuration on our hosted platform, not a six-figure phone system.
